Manuel Imán

Manuel Imán has long been recognized as one of Spain’s most innovative musicians, both as guitarist and as a composer. Borne in Seville, the musical capital of the flamenco style, he was a pioneer in fusing the sound of flamenco with other musical styles – rock, jazz, Eastern and classical. A performer of exquisite grace and passion, he is a master of both the Spanish and the electric guitar.

“Manuel Imán has cultivated this album with hybrids from various corners of the musical world – smooth jazz, flamenco, Eastern soul, and a little R&B funk. Overall, an album of virtuosity and diversity with something for everyone.” -  New Age Retailer.

“Mixed with Grammy award-winning sound designer Roger Nichols and Grammy nominated sound engineer Paul Dieter, this CD features a new experimental dimension reverb processor prototype from TC Electronics. Wait ‘til you hear how great the music sounds!”
